Mr Peter Halliwell is a Branch Instructor for Walsh Martial Arts Australia.

Mr Halliwell commenced martial arts training under Grandmaster Walsh in 1998.

Currently, Mr Halliwell holds a 4th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. 

Mr Halliwell also holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration.  He is a Regional General Manager for Country Energy as well as a director of the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an Executive Member of Macquarie Toastmasters and a Committee Member of Dubbo Tidy Towns.
